We have some really nice German Angora's getting ready to produce some wonderful babies.
German Angoras are huge and amazing gentle rabbits. They are pricey but you will find that they are worth their weight in "wool".
They really produce a super warm fiber. I like to cross mine with English. You can get the long soft wool of the English, introduce color AND get the density of a German angora. You also cute down on the 'itch factor of the wool. Best of both worlds.
You can expect to pay 175.00-225.00 for a Pure German. I have seen many English go for 200.00.
